Figures on the Silver Shore

A tiny solitary figure crosses the shimmering tidal flats of the Kent coast while distant boats and land appear distorted by atmospheric haze. Layers of dark shoreline, reflected light and pale sky compress the immense coastal landscape into an almost surreal scene.
